A cannabis testing facility at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry
On a recent trip to Seattle, CH spent some time exploring the flourishing cannabis culture in the city, beginning with the NW Cannabis Market. While that gave us a unique perspective on the distribution of medical marijuana, we also wanted to learn about some of the new services and technologies surrounding this fledgling industry. We spent a day at Cannatest, a company that offers cannabis testing and analysis for both consumers and farmers. Founded by a former chef, Cannatest delivers detailed cannabinoid profiles for different strains of marijuana, allowing the producer and consumer to know exactly what is in their product. It’s a service that will undoubtedly become more and more important for product control and consistency.
