Model 500: Neptune
Before releasing his upcoming album Digital Solutions in January 2015, esteemed Detroit techno pioneer Juan Atkins is reminding fans of his 35-years-strong legacy with a remastered reissue of his seminal Model 500 album Sonic Sunset. The original 1994 work was recently put in the capable hands of mastering engineer Matt Colton, and features new cover art based on an acrylic painting by London-based artist Mark Warrington.
