“These artists represent the rebellious spirit that we very much connect with—mixing old with new, defying boundaries and creating fresh individual perspectives,†said Susanne Dawursk, Harley-Davidson director of Outreach Marketing. In addition to increasing exposure of the artists, a portion of the sales proceeds will go to CUE Art Foundation, a non-profit forum for contemporary art that gives artists, students, scholars and art professionals resources at many stages of their careers and creative lives.

The Iron 883 makes an especially fitting canvas for comes from Harley-Davidson's Dark Custom line, which fuses minimalist design with a vintage feel, evoking the adventurous spirit of '60s motorcycle rebellion. Kozik and McPherson are pros at navigating these curves after participating in the first Harley-Davidson-sponsored show, earlier this year in Los Angeles.

We have a limited edition poster autographed by Frank Kozik to giveaway to one lucky CH reader. To enter simply tweet @coolhunting telling us what you do to rebel and we'll pick from entries received before 11:59 pm EST on 16 October 2009.
