Toilet Tricycle Race
Just because the moment has passed, does not mean it isn't worth mentioning. For example, The Toilet Tricycle Race kicked off the annual Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe on September 2nd. The event was created and organized by artists Steven and Billy Blaise Dufala. They hoped to provide opportunities for a collaborative creative environment and community involvement. The race took place in Philadelphia's historic Old City neighborhood.
