How To Watch The Famous Perseid Meteor Shower
Peaking tonight and Friday night, the impressive Perseid meteor shower will delight earthlings with its bright and fast-moving meteors. Appearing in our skies every August, “when Earth ventures through trails of debris left behind by an ancient comet,” the shower is best viewed in the country—away from bright lights and air pollution. For those who can’t get out of town, NASA will be live-streaming the celestial event.
