Ryan Haack and Aaron Shintaku (the creative duo behind Foxes and Wolves, an Orange County, CA-based photo and video production agency) are kept busy with their own projects, but couldn’t deny seeing a particular growing need within their local creative community. Fellow photographers were often traveling well over an hour to get studio time in for some shoots, and (perhaps equally importantly to some) there was a lack of good bourbon available while snapping. Thus Wolf Camp Studios, a hybrid studio and bar space that mixes work and pleasure was born.

Not your average photo studio, Wolf Camp is complete with a 20 x 20 ft infinity cove, creative offices—and a fully stocked bar. The space has quickly become a hub amongst the OC creative community and the goal is for it to continue to grow. “There are so many talented people who live in Orange County,” say Haack. “Our goal is to provide ways to foster the creativity here and allow for more cross-pollination of all the good work that is already happening.”
