A response to the dying tradition of home-cooked meals, Polish firm AZEdesign's Messy Tablecloth embraces the drips, spills and general lack of orderliness that's naturally a part of sitting down to eat. By outlining the disarray on the fabric with embroidery thread, they create a "pattern of situation," complete with thread loops of wine spilling off the edge. (Click image for detail.)
