At 1,200 horsepower, a top speed of 252 mph that produces 1.4g of lateral acceleration potential and a $2.2 million price tag, there was no chance we were going to turn down the opportunity to cruise around Greenwich, CT in Bugatti‘s fastest supercar to date. The Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is a perfect model of engineering, power and design; delivering breakneck speeds with an enormous amount of control. We spent the morning pushing both the speed limit—and our own limits—in the Vitesse, and spoke with Bugatti’s official driver about what makes this carbon fiber beast so special.
