Off The Wall

Technologically speaking, the "On/Off Switch" by Tobias Wong may not be as advanced as its kitschy precursor The Clapper, but it's surely a hell of a lot classier. Wong has emancipated the familiar lightswitch from its predictable position on the wall, encased it in lucite and placed it literally in the palm of your hand. Essentially a remote control for home lighting, this wireless wonder allows its users to flick from up to 100 feet away. The stylish switch is perhaps most practical by the bedside (where it will help prevent late-night injuries and impress new guests), though its clever design is likely to be a turn-on in any room of the house.
