Pantone’s Color of the Year: Greenery
Symbolizing a refresh, rejuvenation and new beginnings, Pantone’s 2017 color of the year is “nature’s neutral.” The hue—called Greenery—is also hopeful, and the choice is linked with politics. According to Leatrice Eiseman (executive director of the Pantone Color Institute), “‘Rejuvenate,’ ‘revitalize’ and ‘reassurance’ are all the things we look for in a very complex social and political environment.
