For city dwellers, it’s rooftop season. For everyone else, it’s time for backyard parties. Either way, nothing makes good company better than a BBQ and some cold ones. With this in mind we recently teamed up with NYC’s preeminent denim heads, our friends at 3×1, for our latest CH Edition, the Pitmaster Apron. Handmade of rare Barber Pole denim from Cone Mills—specially selected for its unique green hue weft—the sturdy apron features an array of practical pockets to suit all your culinary needs.
Our signature Cool Hunting green stitching adds a playful pop to the apron, which is even further highlighted by a centered selvedge edge pocket and selvedge back ties. On the right hand side you’ll find a bottomless sleeve for storing tongs when not in use. And as any grill master knows, staying hydrated during the barbecue session is crucial, so we incorporated a neoprene-lined koozie pocket to help keep your beverage frosty even when you’re over an open flame.
