A healthful line of oils, dressings and mayo made from everyone’s favorite crop

Using an ancient method for cultivating hemp, Good‘s oils, salad dressings and mayonnaise contain all the flavor of standard olive oils but with even greater health benefits. The cold pressed, vegan-friendly hemp seed oil, full of omegas three and six (usually acquired from eating fish), essential fatty acids and gamma-linolenic acid, don’t contain any harmful trans or saturated fats that raise cholesterol and lead to heart disease. (Food revolutionary Jamie Oliver is a fan.)

Technically a nut, hemp seeds not only make a valuable source of protein but are a highly sustainable crop. In addition, Good’s Devon, U.K.-based farm grows hemp naturally without the use of pesticides or herbicides—and after harvesting the seeds puts the remaining crop to use.

CH recently tested out Good’s Mild Hemp Seed Oil, as well as their lemony Caesar dressing, and will be scooping it up from Whole Foods stores. U.K. residents can purchase Good products online or at grocers such as Sainsbury’s and Whole Foods.
