Port of Mokha’s Coffee Subscription Service, Mokha Monthly

Beans from Yemen, roasted in Oakland and delivered to doorsteps across the States

With centuries of coffee history rooted in Yemen, Port of Mokha tapped into the nation’s extraordinary terrain for growing coffee and helped educate farmers to grow coffee instead of other crops for a world reintroduction. Since its launch a few years ago awards have been accumulated and prestige collaborations have debuted. Now the brand has launched Mokha Monthly, a subscription service that delivers top-quality beans directly to your door. Port of Mokha’s mission is to provide premium coffee for premium moments; this, they say, isn’t a subscription to beans for a morning kick, but rather for a quiet and thoughtful experience. The beans are from single-family lots in the mountains of Yemen, and are indeed among the best in the world, artfully roasted to bring out their character. Every quarter, there will also be a non-Yemeni guest appearance from a partner grower.

There are three types of Mokha Monthly subscription bags: five ounce per month at $28, 10 ounce per month at $56 and 20 ounce at $112. (A five ounce bag is good for five brews of two cups each.) Unfortunately the subscription service (which offers free shipping) is limited to US-based customers.
