Sigur Rós + Lord Jones Edible Cannabis Gumdrops
A “Wild Sigurberry” flavor of blackberry, strawberry and blueberry, in five dosage levels
Many of us have turned to the Icelandic band Sigur Rós for soothing, soaring sensations in their over two decades worth of music. Similarly, many also reach to cannabis products for that same all-encompassing calmness. Thanks to California’s Lord Jones, these two sensory forces have united. With their Sigur Rós Limited Edition All Natural Sigurberry Gumdrops, Lord Jones has developed five variants of cannabis-infused candies—with each aiming to provide “a calming sense of wellbeing.” Here, high-quality California-grown cannabis yields THC and CBD extracts that are partnered with blackberry, strawberry and blueberry natural fruit flavors, together referred to as “Wild Sigurberry.”
These gumdrops feature a proprietary formulation of cannabanoids including five and 10 milligram THC-infused; Lord Jones’ signature 5:1 ratio CBD to THC formulation; and pure 10 and 20 milligram CBD options. The first three options are for California residents with a medical card only. There are no artificial colors or flavors here. And not only does the product adhere to the quality standards we’ve come to expect from Lord Jones, the packaging also maintains their design considerations, featuring a Sigur Rós crest created by London-based illustrator Andrew Rae.
Lord Jones’ Sigur Rós Limited Edition All Natural Sigurberry Gumdrops are available online now, with prices for the nine-piece boxes ranging between $40-50. Sigur Rós and Lord Jones will also host a celebratory “sound bath” party at Hollywood’s NeueHouse on Tuesday 28 April, with filmic and immersive (and VR) experiences from the band.
