Walker Art Center’s Mediatheque

Minneapolis’ Walker Art Center has recently made its Ruben/Bentson Moving Image Collection available to the public through the newly opened Mediatheque screening room. Visitors can enter the intimate theater free of charge and browse the massive collection of cinema using an interactive touchscreen display, which then projects onto the big screen. Users can also create playlists and read detailed descriptions of the film—all while seated in a cozy, dark room. Visit Walker’s website for more information on the Mediatheque.
