Regimental Collection by Corgi

Prince-worthy socks for everyday use

It’s no secret that renowned Welsh sock manufacturer Corgi has been a longtime provider of socks for Charles, Prince of Wales. However, their new Regimental Collection was actually Prince Charles’ idea. The collaborative range includes nine designs that draw on the stripes and patterns from the Regiments and Battalions of which Prince Charles is Colonel or Colonel-in-Chief Prince. Recently revealed at the opening day of the Coronation Festival, held on the grounds of Buckingham Palace, the socks combine historic patterns with two hallmark Corgi features—playful, engaging colors and superior quality.

The 100% pure cotton, fine-gauge socks deliver everyday comfort, in addition to dapper fashion-forward appeal. All made at the Corgi factory in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales, the Regimental Collection pairs history with reinvention, as well as comfort with charity. Inspired by the past, these brand new socks are fit for both prince and pedestrian.

The Regimental Collection launched exclusively through Mr Porter, where they retail for $25 a pair. This September they will also be available from the Corgi website as well as select retailers. For every pair, sold across all channels, £1 will be donated to Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity for British veterans suffering from mental illness.
