Fresh looks for China Young’s mercurial bag line

China Young, a friend of CH and Dubbel Duffel’s creative director extraordinaire, continues to inject new life into the resurrected label, which he has centered around highly functional, dual-purpose bags. One of the big moves for spring is the introduction of the tote and backpack styles, which stay true to the mercurial personality of the original. The tote features clean lines and color-blocking, plus a second set of handles that expand its carrying capacity. The backpack can be stowed and converted into a smaller sling bag or fanny pack.
Dubbel Duffel keeps durable nylon at its base, while now adding mesh into the mix. Those using the duffel as a gym bag will appreciate this, as it allows you to separate wet clothes and hit them with some fresh air on the way home. Aesthetically, the mesh gives off an eye-catching shimmer when layered over the nylon.
