Adobe Releases Highly Anticipated Project Mighty

We speak with the team about developing the new products and their creative possibilities

We’ve been fans of Adobe’s Project Mighty since first previewing the stylus and software solution back in September of last year. So today—the official launch day—we’re pleased to present a video we originally produced for the 99U conference in collaboration with the Adobe team. Michael Gough and Geoff Dowd take us through the design and development process that brought Adobe’s first hardware solution to life.

In addition to their exciting new hardware, Adobe has also released a much anticipated Photoshop application for iPad. Photoshop Mix combines high-precision masking and compositing capabilities with with cloud-based imaging technology. Pulling from the cloud lets the user go way beyond the basics, using powerful tools such as Content Aware Fill right from their iPad while maintaining a collaborative workflow with the desktop Photoshop application.

These new products and others all interface with Adobe’s Creative Cloud, promising a seamless work flow and expanding the already robust suite’s functionality.
