AMEX to Release Card Composed of Recovered Ocean Plastic
With their Parley for the Oceans partnership, American Express plans to address the global problem of ocean plastic pollution in two ways. First, they’re releasing a new card primarily composed of plastic found in the ocean and along the coast. This will reduce their new plastic consumption. Further, this initiative is also about raising awareness for their cardholders and will include many other eco-friendly commitments.
