1. Typo/Graphic Posters

An online treasure trove of typography and graphic inspiration, Typo/Graphic archives exceptional examples of poster design by studios and individual designers.

2. Vueve Clicquot at the Milan Furniture Fair 2010

Notcot goes to the 2010 Milan Furniture fair, where the luxury champagne brand Veuve Clicquot commissioned the Campana Brothers and Mathieu Lehanneur to design and create “The Tasting Gloriette” for outdoor tastings, and the “Once Upon a Dream” luxury sleeping installation respectively. Both works will be installed at their guesthouse, the Hotel du Marc in Reims for its spring 2011 opening.

3. Street Skate Furniture

Designer Jurjen Semeijn never ceases to amaze us with his ability to dramatically re-imagine the materials used in everyday products. For Dutch Design Week in 2009, he used industrial materials to create a range of skate-able modern furniture at Area Fifty One Skatepark.

4. Manga Farming

Tokyo-based artist Koshi Kawachi adapts old manga comics as planters, sprouting seeds from damp pages and calling it manga farming.

6. Lather Bee Rich Soaps

The retro-inspired completely natural soaps from family-run Lather Bee Rich make a refreshing way to stay clean and come packaged in a biodegradable, recyclable tin can.
