Now in its second edition or “1.5,” Prospect New Orleans’ 15-week-long art event consisting of installations throughout the city (the largest biennial in the U.S.) continues to fulfill its sole mission of attracting visitors and media attention. The closing party on 5 February 2011 makes a great excuse to support it and check out this year’s line-up of world-class artists before it closes.
