In a new light-painting series by photographer Nicolas Rivals, Rorschach’s famed ink-blot tests have been inadvertently recreated with marvelous effect. The “Light Rorchach” (typo intentional) images were captured symmetrically through the spinning of burned steel wool beside a reflective water surface.
