The merits of cycling have long been pondered and quipped about by everyone from Albert Einstein to Nelson Mandela. Inspired by this vast array of two-wheeled wisdom, Singapore-based creative director Thomas Yang painstakingly worked 300 of these quotes into an artistic print. “Cyclism” draws on quotes from professional riders, bike industry veterans, politicians and artists alike to create a silhouette of a rider not hammering to the finish line, but goofing off, illustrating the childlike joy millions find in the simple pleasure every day. “Cyclism” is the latest release in Yang’s passion project that mixes bike culture with art for prints that are extremely limited and individually hand-numbered.

While the first 100 copies of the 24” by 33” print have sold out, the artist’s proof of “Cyclism” is available for $135 from 100Copies. The proof prints are limited to just 25 and are sure to move fast. Keep an eye on 100Copies for future bike-related limited edition prints.
