Kan-no-shiro Matcha Powder
More than just a tea shop, Kyoto-based retailer Ippodo Tea Co. has specialized in the cultivation and blending of matcha, sencha and other Japanese teas for nearly three centuries. Their Kan-no-shiro 40g can of matcha powder ($15) is ground from shade-cultivated leaves and soothes with its full-bodied flavor and mellow sweetness. Brooklyn-based Massif Central has just launched their latest collection of artist-designed scarves and has again worked with LA-based Jonas Wood. His aptly named “Parrot Pattern” scarf ($350) is 100% silk (like all MC’s creations) and depicts the boldly colored, sweet birds perched on various lush greenery. Wear it or frame it, it’s sure to brighten any gloomy day.

With notes of palm tree leaves, dew mist, white musk, green pepper and coriander seeds—to name a few—this “Amazingreen” unisex fragrance ($103) from Japanese label Comme des Garçons emits the alluring scent of the jungle, cut with the bitterness of spice and gunpowder. Made in France and available in 50mL, it comes bottled in a sleek metallic green container almost as attractive as the fragrance itself.

For those who like a little mysticism or spirituality in their homes, LA-based artists Samuel Borkson and Arturo Sandoval III (both of fine art collective FriendsWithYou) conjure every Psychic Stone ($800) with a custom spell. The amulet (or desk accessory, depending on your viewpoint) is made from green resin and inside a host of sacred objects are housed. Every Psychic Stone is a little different, taking into consideration the buyer’s desires.

Crafted from the lower portion of recycled Bordeaux bottles, The Green Glass Co.’s Forest Tumbler set ($36) upcycles more than materials—it brings along the nostalgia and charm of great wine.
