A Magical “Eyedropper” for Typeface

Spector is just as magical as its James Bond-sounding name: it’s a small tool that captures fonts from the real world and imports them into InDesign for use on your own project. This is a working prototype made by Fiona O’Leary, for her graduation project at the Royal College of Art—and at the moment, can identify seven fonts. The fervor for this handy designer’s tool has been so positive, we wouldn’t be surprised if Spector hits the market soon.
