Grady’s All-in-One Home Brewing Kit

DIY the famous New Orleans style cold-brew coffee overnight

An update to their already-excellent Bean Bags, Brooklyn- and Bronx-based Grady‘s has just released a new product that means you can DIY their famous New Orleans-style cold brew coffee at home. The brand new, all-in-one home brewing kit contains everything you’ll need to make your own iced coffee: a pouch of 12 Bean Bags (which contain coffee, spices and chicory) and the easy-to-use pouch—complete with spout for easy pouring straight from the fridge. Making the cold brew concentrate is foolproof: simply toss four Bean Bags into the pouch, add water, seal it up and refrigerate it overnight. By the time you wake up the next morning, you’ll have enough cold brew to make 12 cups of iced coffee—plenty of caffeine hits that should last about two weeks in the fridge.

As longtime fans of Grady’s, we can attest to the flavor of their cold brew and this kit makes equally delicious iced coffee. Moreover, it’s inexpensive—each coffee works out to be around $1 (much more reasonable than the $4+ we’re often spending in NYC). Considering the convenience and cost—and the fact that literally anybody who is able to use a faucet can handle this kit—summer is looking much more refreshing and caffeinated.

Grady’s new home brewing kits are available online for $30 each.
