Lacoste Replaces Croc Logo for Endangered Species

Few logos are as familiar as Lacoste’s crocodile and, for the first time in the brand’s history, the reptile was replaced by not one but 10 other animals. To celebrate the launch of Lacoste and the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s three-year partnership (called Save the Species), 1,775 of the classic T-shirts were adorned with endangered species—from the Vaquitas (a type of porpoise) to the Anegada Rock Iguana.
