Mevael Corporation, in Japan, has developed a one thumb keyboard for text entry and mouse manipulation. The invention is based on the premise that kids in Japan are faster at text entry on their mobiles than on a QWERTY keyboard. Marc Newson Mobile

A Marc Newson designed mobile phone, the Talby, made its debut recently at a Japanese trade show . The design is aesthetically forward and fun, but I question how usable the product will be.
