An Electronic Tag for the Peripatetic Pet, published recently in the New York Times, provides a nice overview of the benefits of microchipping your dog (or cat). We’re getting another dog in a couple weeks and have been working through several name possibilities. It would be nice if there was a way to search for names by the number of letters. Alas, not that many people are freakish enough to care about the number of letters. Anyway, here is a good long list of names.
Last month I started a weblog for Otis. Friends thought I was crazy. I believed them. I took it down. As noted in The Register, all it will take is someone to handle the transmission.
