Only the second rye ever from the small-batch whiskey brand Jefferson’s, the Jefferson’s Rye Cognac Cask Finish continues founder Trey Zoeller’s mission to broaden the spectrum of American whiskey through experimentation. The former cognac casks used for finishing soften the spice of the hearty rye, lending elegance and a delectable honey conclusion to the 94 proof whiskey. This will be an annual limited release.
