As strong believers in quality over quantity, the emerging craftspeople behind The Good Flock have recently released their latest batch of limited-run bags and accoutrements as part of the Fall/Winter collection. When we last caught up with the Portland-based brand they were finishing up a collaboration tote with Parisian design label Jardins Florian, and now for the new season they’ve teamed up with Cone Mills and Pendleton for a handful of handmade waxed denim and wool-lined products.

We’re really digging the Tokyo tote bag in particular. Designed with two outer pockets—possibly inspired by the timeless helmet bag profile—and a lengthy leather handle, the unisex bag looks to be the perfect schlepping size. Available in three color options, the bag serves to help you blend in or stand out. Plus, as with all of the waxed denim products in the line, the Tokyo bag will only gain character as the fabric wears through the winter.

For your iPad The Good Flock offers a perfectly simple sleeve. Secured with a single, vegetable tanned leather latch, the indigo-dyed Cone Mills denim sleeve is one of the more basic yet nicely executed designs we’ve seen recently. On the inside it’s lined with Pendleton’s sustainably produced Eco-Wise Wool to prevent scratching.

Sharing the same minimalist aesthetic is the Dopp Kit, consciously designed with stylish travelers in mind. The elegant little bag features a waxed denim body with hand burnished vegetable tanned leather zipper pulls.

The line also includes a larger tote bag designed in collaboration with textile design powerhouse Maharam. To see the entire collection visit The Good Flock online where each of the above products sells from between $399 and $65.
