Brooklynite Alexandra Grecco released her first ready-to-wear collection in 2010—a series of ultra-feminine pieces in ladylike colors, fabrics and often pinup-inspired silhouettes that are at once nostalgic (calling to mind fashion icons like Catherine Deneueve, Jean Shrimpton and Grace Kelley) and incredibly contemporary.
