You may not notice, but many of the things we report on typically represent innovation and great design at the lower / entry or high / luxury end of a category. Surprisingly, it happens less frequently in between the two, and when it does it’s always great to see. That’s the case with the Sheraton Boston, which has just undergone a $100 million renovation. Sheraton Hotels has teamed up with HarperCollins, publishers of the beloved children’s classic Goodnight Moon, for a new ad campaign and to recreate the 78 year old book’s iconic bedroom—for a limited time—in one of the property’s rooms. The Goodnight Moon Suite is an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience available through February 2026, designed to delight guests of all ages.

The suite is a faithful replica of the Great Green Room, complete with green walls, tiger-striped carpet and cozy pink blanket, the unmistakable red balloon, and moonlit details including a glowing LED fireplace and dollhouse. Accommodating up to two adults and two children, the suite features a queen bed in the Great Green Room and a king bed in the adjoining main bedroom. Located on a high floor, it offers sweeping views of the Charles River—an ideal backdrop for bedtime stargazing.

Guests receive more than the room though—a custom welcome amenity with a copy of Goodnight Moon, a plush bunny for each kid, themed cookies, and a nod to “goodnight mush” served in a keepsake bowl. Hotel amenities including late checkout (when available), a $150 food and bev credit, and four tickets to View Boston at the Prudential Center’s 360° observatory are also included.

For Marriott Bonvoy members, Sheraton is offering an exclusive Moment: a two-night stay from December 26–28 featuring a moonlit dinner, stargazing activity and other gifts. The broader “Goodnight Room” campaign supports UNICEF and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals; Marriott Bonvoy members able to donate points (matched 2x by Marriott) from November 3 through December 31, 2025, up to 3.75 million points.

Availability is limited given the single suite, which is available for stays until 28 February 28, 2026 (use promotional code ZE2).
