Harper Lee Will Release a Second Novel
Nearly 60 years since the publication of “To Kill a Mockingbird,” author Harper Lee has announced that she will release, “Go Set a Watchman,” her second-ever published work. With the help of a friend, the now 88-year-old Pulitzer Prize-winning author rediscovered “Watchman,” an early novel she wrote that heavily inspired “Mockingbird” and is in many ways its sequel. The new book is set to be released on 14 July 2015—just as Lee wrote it and without any revisions.
