With touch-screens showing up on nearly every new electronic device, it’s hard to believe that we once had to call someone using a rotary dial—especially for youngsters. To see how kids handle an antique, Business Insider gave a group of them a rotary telephone for the first time, prompting a variety responses from “Is this a toy telephone?” to an 11-year-old explaining exactly what he was holding and how to operate it.
