To help encourage kids to be less wasteful and more conscious of the environment, a children’s book publishing company in Argentina has created books that can be planted and grown into trees. The first book of the Tree Book Tree program series tells the story of destruction in the Ecuadorian jungle, inspiring children to preserve the earth around them. After finishing the book, the kids can bury the acid-free, silk-screened paperback and watch it sprout back into a tree. It’s a beautiful way to remind kids that all books are born from nature.
