From the MTA to the DC Metro, many of the USA’s transit systems have their rail cars built in the heartland
In the second video in our series from Kawasaki‘s plant in Lincoln, Nebraska, we visit the company’s railcar facility. While the brand is traditionally associated with the power-sports industry, they actually manufacture an enormous array of products and even build railcars for some of the nation’s biggest municipal transit authorities, like the MTA and DC Metro.
