The Selfie Arm
One-up your selfie stick-owning friends by getting this Selfie Arm; a creepy but nevertheless inventive take on the mobile monopod craze. Created by artists Aric Snee and Justin Crowe, the Selfie Arm offers a welcoming hand when there’s nobody there to take your photo. Snee and Crowe came up with the idea for the novelty device as a “direct commentary on the growing selfie stick phenomenon, and the constant, gnawing need for narcissistic internet validation.” It’s (perhaps fortunately) just a prototype.
