Indiginis: GET UR FRK ON
With new, warm layers of piano and percussion, Washington DC-based producer Indiginis lends Missy Elliott’s classic “Get Ur Freak On” a solid refresh. Named “GET UR FRK ON,” the recently released track rises with substantial synth work but stays jazz-centric throughout. This song veers from the original’s tone, but delivers something fun and worthwhile.
