adicolor Event with KR
On Saturday 18 March from 2 – 6pm at the adidas Original Store in SoHo, adidas will host an adicolor studio event to celebrate launching the White Series. Brooklyn-based artist KR (Craig Costello) will pre-customize 20 adicolor white sneakers, which will be exclusively sold at the store, on a first come first serve basis. KR will be at the store to tag the purchased pairs and will also be giving tutorials on sneaker customization.
Well known for his painting, photography and product design, Costello also hand-makes KRINK graffiti ink. Debuting at the event next weekend will be some new, large-scale sculptures by the artist.
