An Exploratory Warhol-Inspired App: Silverpoint
UK-based Punchdrunk has quickly gained a reputation for its innovative theatrical storytelling style in which viewers become participants, unravelling the story with the discovery of new information. Now, their educational and addictive style finds a digital home in the form a new app called Silverpoint. Inspired by the work of Andy Warhol—specifically his blotted-line drawings—the app revolves around the story of a missing woman. Developed in partnership with Absolut and creative agency Somethin’ Else, the app represents new (and creative) territory for branded content.
