A collaborative visual arts fundraiser, Buy What You Love supplies over 200 artists from around the world with the materials to create an original work over the course of one day.

Limited to 8.5 x 11 inches in size, each of the works will exhibit at NYC's Jack Shainman Gallery and then sold with proceeds supporting the Rema Hort Mann Foundation.

Joining the cause is hip hop mogul Damon Dash, who will host one of the artist workshops at his NYC art gallery DD172. Creative Control—Dash's online video content label he created with directors Coodie & Chike—will document the Buy What You Love workshop at DD172. A frequent creative compliment to the gallery, Creative Control chronicles many of the shows put on at DD172, which is currently exhibiting works by Jeremy Wagner and Isaac Fortoul.

The Buy What You Love DD172 workshop—which will include artist Jason Yarmosky—takes place this Saturday, with the comprehensive exhibition happening the following week at Jack Shainman Gallery.
