Cole Haan + Todd Snyder Capsule Collection

A spring collaboration of classic and reinvented dress shoes

Of all the attributes that define and unify both Cole Haan and Todd Snyder, craftsmanship stands paramount. The former draws its origins from makers who wanted to produce great goods. The latter represents an American’s desire to achieve Savile Row-level perfection. Today, their first in a two part collaboration, the Cole Haan + Todd Snyder capsule collection hits the market and it’s everything we’ve come to love about both brands. After testing them out the last few weeks, we can attest to both the quality and long-standing comfort.

Snyder has long been a fan of Cole Haan, having collected more than 30 pairs over the last 20 years. He’s also used their shoes to complete his runway looks. It was from his personal collection that he drew inspiration for this collaboration—with a desire to modernize tradition, and offer something classic but revitalized. He developed six key styles, featuring chukkas, loafers, and Oxford, all of which employ a neutral palette. Every shoe has been hand sewn and each style carries an array of refined finishing, though all bear Goodyear welted, stitch-out and board-lasted constructions. Most important of all, as good as they look, they also feel great on the feet for long hours on dressier days.
