No strangers to hitting the trail, Grand Rapids, Michigan-based bag and leather goods makers Mercy Supply knows no morning is complete without a proper cup of Joe, even when out of the workshop. Linking up with local coffee-roasting experts MadCap Coffee, the brand presents its collaborative Coffee Kit, featuring everything you need (save for hot water) to brew the perfect cup for two. With travel coffee kits on the rise, Mercy Supply and MadCap gave theirs a personal touch, with printed brewing instructions on the bag’s lining.
The sturdy 20 oz waxed canvas bag is handmade in the Mercy Supply workshop, featuring copper rivets and near-indestructible cotton twill binding and handles. Inside, two custom stainless steel collaborative tumblers with silicon to-go style lids are safely stowed in specific sections, while a Rhinowares hand grinder allows for a range of grind types. A sleek stainless steel filter rounds out the kit along with a bag of MadCap’s special holiday roast.
