This quick and super-easy recipe is the perfect, healthy treat—and involves no actual cooking at all. Feel free to get creative with your favorite ingredients—crushed nuts, honey, you name it—but definitely try topping it with our Salted Coconut + Almond Granola.
Ingredients (for one)
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
1 tablespoon granola
Ground cinnamon (Ceylon Cinnamon was used for this recipe)
Slice open your banana skin on one side.
Add your peanut butter or almond butter.
Scatter the granola over the peanut butter/almond butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
