With all the internet trends that have come and gone, there’s one thing that has never changed: people’s overwhelming love for Wikipedia. A new study conducted by the Knight Foundation found that Wikipedia continues to dominate when it comes to monthly unique mobile visitors with over 52 million—more than double than that of runner-up CNN and over triple of what BuzzFeed received. It’s a staggering number that equals roughly one third of the entire mobile population, and it doesn’t seem to be tapering off anytime soon.
