Dots to Lines Documentary
If you’ve ever looked up a “best-of” list for tattoos, chances are you’ve seen the work of Chaim Machlev. The Berlin-based tattoo artist is highly regarded for his intricate geometric tattoos and is a master of the dot-work technique. In order to further understand the path that led Machlev to his unique style of tattooing, filmmakers Nikita Luennemann & Lukas Muganga followed the artist for a year, capturing his personal story in the upcoming film “Dots to Lines.”
