More than just a destination for Kith + Nike Sportswear collaborative goods, the brands’ new joint pop-up in Soho, NYC plays host to plenty of conceptual art and interactive components, all surrounding a unifying narrative. The first of which is, of course, the Rio Olympics and there will be plenty of customizable products to go around dedicated toward the event. The space, once again designed by Snarkitecture, will balance Kith’s minimal aesthetics with nods toward Nike’s deep heritage. And it will feature Manhattan’s first Kith Treats cereal and ice cream cafe. The 2,400-square-foot Kith + Nike pop-up opens its doors today, 5 August, at 644 Broadway in Manhattan.
