For $5 a month, Amazon Prime members can bundle a new service to their streaming package: Anime Strike. Offering 1,000+ titles, the feature offers an array of classics as well as current anime shows. Amazon is offering a seven day free trial for those interested. Anime Strike is part of Amazon Channels—tailored, standalone streaming packages that launched back in December. More of these selective content channels will launch in time, but for now this appears to be an ideal spot for anyone looking to get anime-specific. It’s the only streaming competitor to Crunchyroll, a 750K members-deep service that’s kept anime fans engaged for over a decade.
