If there’s one thing that most San Franciscans can agree on, it’s that the Muni (its municipal transit system’s name) has a really great logo. Affectionally known as “The Worm,” it was created in 1975 by celebrated graphic designer and brand identity guru Walter Landor. The Onesie is available in 6, 12 and 18 month sizes. It’s 5 oz, 100% ring spun cotton and features double needled ribbed binding, snap tape and a snap closure. Limited Edition Original Cabin Optical Suitcase

Rimowa’s limited edition game is always strong, and this time it’s the company’s classic hero piece, the Original Cabin roll aboard suitcase, that gets a simple, substantial, twist. Riffing off the brand’s iconic groove design, segments are polished in opposite directions instead of in the same direction—what appears to be changes to the anodized aluminum grooves is simply an optical illusion. The interior printed materials also get the optical treatment. Limited to 2002 pieces, the bag’s size and other features are unchanged at 21.7″ x 15.8″ x 9.1″.

When he decided to pursue leather work full time his eye for detail and love of materials led to his simple, elegant and beautifully made leather accessories for the home. Working with American bridle leather and brass he creates pulls, knobs, railings, etc. There’s something about his indoor / outdoor leather swing, which couldn’t by simpler, that we can’t stop looking at. It’s as at home on the porch or backyard as in your bedroom, with beautiful brass details and nylon rope. All of his work is made by hand in his Kingston, NY studio.
